The team of Andersen in Vietnam was honoured to moderate and contribute to the discussion on the compliance-related developments in the legal and tax framework in Vietnam. This included aspects of loan and equity investments, recent new employment regulations, transfer pricing issues, as well as the expected impact from the implementation of Global Anti-Base Erosion (Pillar 2) principles and the global minimum tax regime in Vietnam.
