Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan is a senior legal counsel, with over 20 years of experience, including as corporate in-house counsel and as external advisor. His clients include Vietnamese and international corporates, as well as financial institutions. He supports clients on litigation in Vietnamese courts, recognition of foreign arbitral awards and enforcement of security in Vietnam.
Mr. Maxim Kobzev
Maxim’s has over 15 years of experience in structuring and implementing cross-border finance, M&A and infrastructure development transactions. With many years of practice in the Southeast Asia, he has been advising lenders, manufacturers, energy developers and other clients on their most complex projects in the region.
