Andersen in Cambodia at the Project Finance Workshop for the securities regulator!

We were privileged to host the Project Financing: Loans and Bonds workshop on March 27, 2025.
Our partners, Maxim Kobzev and Mariza Ung, successfully led the session. Maxim, a key expert in project finance, shared invaluable insights and best international practices on structuring bankable projects, financing strategies, and navigating regulatory considerations for large-scale developments.
We also focused on the aspects of negotiating cross-border finance documentation, preparing for the deal and new and innovative structures for financing large-scale projects.
Andersen Global is working closely and supporting regulators, lenders, issuers and borrowers on transactions in Cambodia, Vietnam and other countries in the region. This marks the third time the team of Andersen Global has been invited to host a workshop for SERC and other securities market participants on the topic of cross-border transactions.
