Cooperation MoU signed between Andersen Vietnam and BIDV (Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam)

On 20 March 2025, Andersen Global (Vietnam) and BIDV have signed a cooperation MoU at BIDV Gia Dinh Branch in Ho Chi Minh.
BIDV, a leading Vietnam’s commercial bank, recognizing the prominent role of foreign investors and FDI enterprises for the development of Vietnam and identifying FDI enterprise clients as a core segment of its client base, has established the dedicated FDI Banking Department to facilitate the effectiveness of serving FDI clients.
The team of Andersen in Vietnam has been supporting clients on market entry strategies, legal and tax compliance, M&A and financing transactions for over a decade.
BIDV and Andersen will be joining efforts in helping clients with implementation of the on-going and new projects in Vietnam, by offering a unique combination of banking & financial products, access to key market stakeholders and developers, with international-level advisory and compliance support.
