Project Finance Workshop at Andersen Vietnam

At Andersen Vietnam, we were delighted to host a productive workshop on the latest global trends in structuring project finance transactions. The recently enacted framework for Vietnam’s International Financial Centre (including Resolution 222/2025/QH15 and supporting decrees) provides enhanced tools to structure bankable projects.
This includes greater flexibility in cross-border cash flows and improved options for taking security over real estate assets.
