Nguyen Quoc Tuan

Tuan is a senior legal professional with over 20 years of experience, including as both a corporate in-house counsel and an external adviser.

More than a legal adviser, Tuan is a well-known, actively practicing trial lawyer, presenting his clients’ cases before the courts of Vietnam. His clients trust him with their most complex cases at courts of different levels and stages in Vietnam.

Many of his clients are international corporates, banks, and MNCs, who value his practical recommendations and ability to develop realistic and effective strategies to protect their rights and interests under the specific circumstances of the local context.
