Vu Thi Lien

A legal adviser on the Banking and Finance team, Lien specializes in fintech and capital markets. Her previous experience handling legal and compliance matters for a private sector securities firm gives her a strong understanding of the intricacies of securities and other complex financing transactions. She advises clients on the financing, compliance requirements, and tax structuring of large project transactions.

Lien holds an LLB from Vietnam National University and an LLM and Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Trent University in the UK. She speaks English and basic Korean in addition to Vietnamese.
